Delivery Scope: We only support delivery within Australia. No other countries are supported for shipping.
Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping on orders of 50 AUD or more. For orders under 50 AUD, a flat shipping fee of 5.99 AUD will be charged.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Shipping Duration: Delivery usually fluctuates between 5 to 8 business days after the order has been processed.
Shipping Methods: Our primary logistics partners include Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express.

6. Order Cancellation

Cancellation Conditions: Orders that have not been shipped within 48 hours of placement can be cancelled directly. Orders that have exceeded 48 hours since placement or have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please wait for the delivery and then contact us to initiate a return and refund process.
Refund Method: All refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Refund Processing Time: Once the conditions for a return/refund are met, the refund will be sent back to your original bank card (Visa, MasterCard). Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, we expect the refund to arrive within 1 to 5 business days. Please contact us if the refund is overdue.
