Return and Refund Validity
Items must be returned or an exchange requested within 14 days after the date of receipt.

Return Process

Our customer service team will process your application immediately. If approved, we will notify you and provide the return address.

You need to ship the item back to our designated return address and wait for us to receive the product.

Upon receiving the item, we will immediately inspect whether it matches the condition you reported. If the inspection is successful, we will arrange your refund immediately. For more information regarding refunds, please refer to the Refund Process section.
Exchange Process

Contact us via email at info@havendoria.com or by phone at +1 (631) 678-6912 to apply for an exchange. Please provide your order number, proof of payment, reason for exchange, and relevant photos or videos.

Our customer service team will process your application immediately. If approved, we will notify you and provide the return address.

You need to ship the item back to our designated return address and wait for us to receive the product.

Upon receiving the item, we will inspect whether it matches the condition you reported. If the inspection is successful, we will arrange the exchange within 1-3 business days. Refund Process

Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original bank card (Visa, MasterCard) used for the purchase.

Processing Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, we expect the refund to arrive within 1-5 business days. If the refund is overdue, please contact us for assistance.
Fee Rules

For returns or exchanges caused by appearance issues, quality issues, odors, severe color difference, or incorrect items, we will bear all shipping costs.

For "no-reason" returns or exchanges, the shipping costs shall be borne by you.
Return Labels
A return label is included in every package to facilitate your return process. Please use this label when shipping the item back to us.
Item Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unassembled, unused, and in its original packaging. All parts, hardware, and instructions must be included. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is returned damaged due to improper repacking.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your item is lost during the return transit and you did not use our provided return label or a trackable shipping service, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and a refund may not be processed.
Responsibility Statement
We are responsible for the quality of the products we sell. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear after the product has been in use. We reserve the right to perform a final inspection of all returned items before approving a refund or exchange.
