Order Cancellation

 

Havendoria (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us") provides this policy for our range of TV stands and entertainment centers, side tables, coat racks, storage furniture, hall trees, wardrobes and closets, and hall benches. As an online-only store, we aim to provide a transparent process for managing your orders.

Cancellation Conditions

  • Orders can be cancelled directly if the request is made within 48 hours of placing the order and the items have not yet been dispatched.

  • If more than 48 hours have passed since the order was placed or if the items have already been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please wait for the logistics to deliver the items and then contact us to initiate a return and refund. For more detailed information, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

Cancellation Process

  • To apply for a cancellation, please contact our support team via email at info@havendoria.com or call us at +1 (631) 678-6912. You must provide your order number and proof of payment (such as a receipt or transaction screenshot).

  • Our support team will process your request immediately. Once approved, we will notify you of the result and arrange your refund at the earliest opportunity.

Refund Description

  • Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original bank card (Visa or MasterCard) used for the purchase.

  • Processing Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, we expect the refund to arrive within 1 to 5 business days. If you do not receive the funds after this period, please contact us for further assistance.

Order Information Accuracy

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate. Once an order has entered the dispatch phase, we cannot modify the delivery details. If a cancellation fails due to incorrect information provided by the customer, we will follow the standard return procedure after delivery.

System Automated Processing

Please note that our order management system is highly automated to ensure rapid fulfillment. Therefore, the window for cancellation is strictly limited. A cancellation request is only considered successful once you have received a formal confirmation email from us.
