Shipping policy

 

Delivery Scope
We currently only provide delivery services within Australia. We do not support shipping to any other countries or regions outside of Australia at this time.

Shipping Costs

  • For orders totaling 50 AUD or more (including 50 AUD), we provide free delivery.

  • For orders totaling less than 50 AUD, a flat shipping fee of 5.99 AUD will be charged.

Taxes and Duties
All applicable taxes and related fees are already included in the product price. You do not need to pay any additional fees at the time of delivery.

Order Cut-off Time
Our order cut-off time is 18:00 (6:00 PM) (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT).

  • Orders placed before 18:00 will begin processing on the same day.

  • Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed starting from the next business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed starting from the next available business day.

Order Handling Time
We require 1-3 business days to process and prepare your items (such as TV stands, wardrobes, or hall benches) for shipment.

Transit Time
Once dispatched, the estimated total transit time is 5-8 business days. Please note that these are estimates and may vary slightly based on your specific location within Australia.

Shipping Carriers
To ensure safe and efficient delivery, we cooperate with reputable logistics providers, including Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express.

Order Tracking
After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment receipt, and logistics carrier information. You can visit the "Order Tracking" page on our website and enter your email address or phone number along with the corresponding order number to check the real-time status of your shipment.

Disclaimer and Responsibility

  • Product Damage or Loss: If a product is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us immediately so we can investigate with the carrier and provide a resolution.

  • Shipping Modifications and Cancellations: If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us before the order is processed. Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot change the shipping details or cancel the shipment.

  • Delivery Address and Responsibility: You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We are not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Signing for Goods
Upon delivery, please inspect the external packaging of your furniture items. If there is visible damage, please document it with photos before signing and contact us within 24 hours. Your signature confirms that the package was received in acceptable condition.

Undeliverable Packages
In the event that a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed or refused, we reserve the right to charge for the original shipping costs and any return fees incurred.
